Elizabeth Reaser, an American actor in TV, film and stage, is most well-known for roles such as The Twilight Saga as well as shows like Greys Anatomy or True Detective. The actress submitted a video of herself to producers, which included her performance, and an additional tape of her performing MMA. Producers asked her to send the video of her swordfighting. That day after Jessica sent the video. Jessica was able to read the script and knew the character would need the training for weapons. Her first video was recorded lesson with a professional following having read the script. Jonathan Glassner said that the stunt crew was surprised by how Jessica fared in her first lesson.
